This event is free of charge.
However, registration is mandatory.

You can register multiple individuals from the same company: you will need to decide whether each person will have their own appointment schedule or if you will attend the meetings together.

Appointments will be scheduled based on your preferences and the selections made by other participants who have also chosen to meet with you.

Welcome to the registration space for the HR & CSR Business Connect

A day of exchange between startups and partners of Le Village by CA Network.

Objective: Connect with key players in the HR & CSR ecosystem in Luxembourg!

The Business Connect events are organized by Le Village by CA to foster synergies between partners and startups. The format: 15-minute speed meetings tailored to your preferences.

Le Village by CA Luxembourg is launching a dedicated edition focused on HR & CSR !

Startups and partners: You have until March 17h to register and introduce yourselves to other participants.

From March 20st to 21st, you'll choose the participants you want to meet among those registered.
Starting from March 24th : You'll receive your personalized schedule for the event.

We look forward to welcoming you on March 26th at Le Village by CA Luxembourg for a day of networking.

All the organization will be managed through this platform.

Program Overview

Here's what's on the agenda for the day:

9:45 AM - 10 AM | Welcome
10 AM- 1 PM | Speed meetings - Part 1
9 meetings of 15 minutes each with 5-minute breaks in between
1 PM - 2 PM | Networking Lunch
2 PM - 5 PM | Speed meetings - Part 2
9 meetings of 15 minutes each with 5-minute breaks in between

In total, there are potentially 18 time slots for meetings per person. A new meeting starts every 20 minutes (10:00, 10:20, 10:40, and so on).
