Matchmaking Registration Schedule:

The registrations will be open from May 15th to June 6th, 2025.

Once having filled in the registration form, all participants  will be placed on a waiting list and subject to the organizers' approval.
You will receive an answer on the status of your registration no later than June 6th.

Platform access for meeting requests will be granted when the final list of participants will be approved, during the week before the Paris Air Show, from June 9th to June 14th, 2025.

About Eligibility and Registration
The event is open exclusively to visitors and exhibitors of the Paris Air Show 2025.
Please note that Paris Air Show access badge will be mandatory to participate.

Registration to this matchmaking live event is free of charge.
Final registration will be subject to approval by the organizers due to limited room capacity.

Good to know!
Meetings are open to anyone interested in and eligible for the European Defence Fund (EDF), allowing them to :
- meet with EDF support and advisory organizations such as EEN and the NFPs
- discover the specificities of the EDF funding programme
- screen the organizations interested by the same EDF topics
- look for partners with specific knowledge or solutions
- start sketching project ideas with European partners
- gain visibility among the European Defence innovation community and join EDF consortia

Welcome to the EOA Matchmaking Live Event, co-organized with EEN - Enterprise Europe Network

About the B2B event
On June 18th, the organizers team composed of EDF National Focal Points and members of the EEN Aerospace and Defense Group will be there to support you understanding the specificities of this funding program.
This event is meant to enable European Defence innovation stakeholders to connect and explore collaboration opportunities for applying to the European Defence Fund (EDF) calls for proposals.

Matchmaking event
This dedicated matchmaking platform will allow participants to register, view a list of participants, and schedule meeting for the d-day.
Additionally, informal networking will be facilitated during the event, with a specific tagging system to help identify key EDF partners.
Complimentary food and beverages will be provided.

Info sessions
In addition to this event, info sessions will be held as part of the European-funded project "Enhancing Opportunities for All" (EOA) and will be linked to various activities organized during the Paris Air Show to raise awareness of the European Defence Fund. 

For example, NFP-led sessions for French companies will be held at regional pavilions, scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

Furthermore, synergies with initiatives led by the DG DEFIS at the European Pavilion will also be identified and promoted, such as knowledge sharing and best practices with EDF project laureates.

About the "European Defence Fund" and the "Enhancing Opportunities of All" project.

The EDF is a European programme for cutting edge defence and development, which spans from 2021 until 2027.
With this program the European Commission aims to:
- Improve cooperation between companies, including SMEs and research actors throughout the Union and increase interoperability between Member States’ capabilities;
- Boost defence capability developments within the EU; and
- Strengthen the defence technological and industrial base within the EU.

About the European Defence Fund
The EDF offers  financial support at all stages: starting with research and ending with the development of prototypes and certification.

“Enhancing Opportunities for All” (EOA) is a project funded by the European Defence Fund with two main objectives: enhancing skills network and tools for National Focal Points (NFPs) and supporting possible applicants for EDF projects to engage in consortia.

During this matchmaking live event, the Defence and Security industry players are offered the opportunity to meet and discuss opportunities in relation to the European Defence Fund (EDF).
