Why do we need bilateral meetings?

The REUSE EUROMED 2026 conference is also dedicated to be a meeting place to bring together participants.

Whether you are a member of a consultancy, a company, a local authority or a research laboratory, come and increase your visibility and network in Spain and abroad.

How do bilateral meetings work?

Request a bilateral meeting!

Step 1 - Register and activate the meeting booking function

Fill in your meeting profile. This will allow other participants to find out who you are and what you do. You will then have access to all the profiles of participants who have done the same. Invite potential new partners to discover your own ideas and skills.

Step 2 - Request and receive propositions for bilateral meetings.

Once in your personal space, you can propose a 20-minute bilateral meeting via the platform. Bilateral meetings will not be available during plenary sessions of the conference. Slots will only be offered in parallel with the thematic sessions, during the afternoon of 17 and the morning and afternoon of 18, excluding the coffee breaks.

Step 3 - Your bilateral meeting schedule

Accepted meetings will appear on the back of your badge, and we will let you know: when, where and with whom you will be meeting. A few days before the event, you will receive a summary email containing a reminder of all your scheduled meetings and instructions on how to get there.

We also inform you of the possibility of a room for those who wish to meet with various participants at the same time. This meeting cannot be booked in advance via the platform. We therefore encourage you to make your own arrangements to meet participants you would like to meet on your own.
