PhD students registration are limited to 20.

There are only 16 available stands. Pitches and exposition areas will be allocated to on a first-come, first-served basis according to residual availability. Payment on receipt of invoice to validate reservation and registration.

Exposition space: Stand 3 x 3 m, with a stand counter, table and two chairs: exhibitors are asked to bring their own communication material and contact with the supplier of Stands to contract other facilities.

A second entry at a preferential price of 270.00 € (VAT exclusive) instead of 330.00 € (VAT exclusive).
The company/entity's material received at the CENCA premises (clearly identified: REUSE-EUROMED-Company Material: Name Company/Entity) before June 16, 2026 will be included among the material given to the participants. In addition, information (catalogue, services, technical data sheets, etc.) will be sent to all participants in the event, via email, before (12 June) the event or after it (22 June), at the discretion of the company/entity.

Requests for cancellation and reimbursement of participation agreement may be granted under the following conditions:
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the 1st day of the conference: 100% refund;
In case of cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the 1st day of the conference: 50% refund;
In case of cancellation between 15 and the 1st day of the conference: no refund possible.
In the event that for major, unforeseeable or economic reasons (communicated to the participants) the conference cannot take place, the requests for admission will be cancelled. After payment of expenses incurred, the sums available will be distributed among participants, in proportion to the sums paid by each of them.
